Procedure, Terms & Conditions, and Billing
of On-Line Legal Service

Clients send us an email or whats-app with with information on the work that needs to be handled,
J&A responds with a willingness or refusal, accompanied by information on the method and costs will be charged (at this stage the client may disagree and/or request minor adjustments)
If agreed, the client makes 50% upfront as of the 1st payment of the bill or fees as agreed, the other 50% paid after done. Payment made by bank transfer.
J&A confirms receipt of 1st transferred amount, and immediately got to work. (during this stage maybe J&A ask additional information, data, etc.)
Based on experience, tasks can be completed within 1-3 days (or slightly longer, depending on complexity and volume/length/pages of the document), after the payment transfer is received in the J&A bank account. (for simple cases/ works, it can be completed in a few hours).
