JANTJE & ASSOCIATES – or J&A – is a Law Office that is innovative and provides smart legal services for the wider community, especially for corporate, commercial, business societies.
In order to separate the specialization of J&A and to meet the wider legal service demands of the public, developed SBU (strategic business units).
For the needs related to general law and legal service will be handled by RBS Boutique Law Firm, and related to family law (matters of marriage, divorce, inheritance, gono gini property disputes, inheritance, child custody, and so on) will be handled by KN Family Law Firm, and SOEDAGAR for the related to banking and financial instruments transaction advisory. Meanwhile DELTAConsult is related to the business & management consulting, training and technical assistance (TA) needs.
Our working languages are Bhs. Indonesia, and / or Bhs. English.

COST IS VERY AFFORDABLE, based on mutual understanding, agreed before the Power of Attorney is signed and submitted to us. To determine the amount of fee – we can always consider it based on the situation, condition, ability, and humanism that is relevant and / or related. Payment only made via Bank transfer. In some situations cash payment is acceptable.

Get to know each other well, provide insights about the law related to the case, and hear more information and obtain related data from clients.

How do you get started with this type of work?
Immediately after receiving a Special Power of Attorney from a client, we will make a Legal Service Agreement. And upon signed after that start carrying out activities and legal steps that must be followed or carried out based on the Special Power of Attorney given.

Individuals, families, executives (business and government officials), corporations; small / medium or large scale companies. Both national and international clients.

How long have you been working on it?
We enjoy all types of our work, because we are SELECTIVE in accepting cases / jobs (not every client we will accept). So that we can enjoy it, and clients also enjoy the process of solving their problem / case.

What do you like most about your job?
Handling legal issues, both litigation and non-litigation or ADR (alternative dispute resolutions), is an interesting job for us, we always have to interpret it intelligently. This has become our passion, Officium Nobile.

The amount will depends on the type of case, the level of complexity, the location, and the approx. number of trials being held. Several options of fee terms of payment:

oo+ Advocate’s Honor/ Professionals Fee (fully paid upfront) + Operating Costs (be paid up-front and/or base on the progress of tasks):
oo+ Success fee (if the case is related to certain value, financial claims/ properties).

What recent changes have occurred in your line of work?
Will there be any interesting changes that may occur within a few years and affect your business?Accepting associates with specialties that already have experience and are successful. Creating networks (associates) with lawyers in areas outside Semarang, to enable a case (base on the complexity) possibly can be handled in a team by involving local lawyers, so that from the cost side it can be more economical for clients, than if it has to be handled entirely by a team from Semarang office.
However, to handle important or complicated cases, even outside the city of Semarang, our team will consist of experts from the Semarang office.
Developing contacts with international lawyers in various countries, to establish cooperation with them in handling international cases.
